I was looking for a particular subaru legacy in cosmic blue pearl and gray interior option 13. Everytime I was checking other subaru dealerships telling me it will be months ahead or the car does exist in southern california but you probably will be lucky to find one. I was really shock at this dealership and they went above and beyond to search this car that was located at kearny mesa subaru. Isaiah did a excellent job searching this exterior and interior color that I wanted. If you are looking for what you want at this dealership please go see Isaiah Pitt. This man will do what ever it take to find what you need But there no guaranteed what you will get. I was at the right place and the right time.

Subaru Pacific is our go to dealership & we highly recommend them (I'd give additional stars if I could)! We recently bought our 2nd Subaru (2024 Subaru Ascent) from Subaru Pacific. We had the pleasure of working with CID & KATHY who were both so friendly & personable. We test drove the Forester, Outback & Ascent before deciding the Ascent would work best for us & our two big dogs plus surfing & camping. No pushy sales people here which is a breath of fresh air. Come see CID or KATHY if you want to have a "no pressure" car buying experience. Finance was a smooth experience (lots of paperwork, but that's the way it is anywhere). A few weeks after we had our car, we saw CALVIN who answered several questions about our car. He is our go to guy now for any questions & he answered a ton as well as connecting our Apple & Android phones to our new car. The inside of the dealership has an amazing coffee/hot chocolate/latte machine. It's clean & nice to relax in their lounge area. They are super dog friendly & even have a small dog park in the back which we have used for our pups several times. Come check them out & test drive a Subaru (value, safety, great cars).

I had an exemplary experience yesterday at Subaru Pacific. John Stewart was a complete professional and made the often icky process of buying a car extremely easy and pleasant. Having recently been to a few dealerships where the deception, dishonesty and general behavior toward the customer was the worst I have ever experienced in my 25 years of buying cars, John and the team at Subaru Pacific including Adam the Finance Manager were a very welcomed change. We negotiated a fair price and they actually held to that price instead of introducing thousands of additional fees at the last minute. They were very patient and NEVER salesy. Don't ever go to Sierra Subaru.

Great, did I say great customer service!!! Everyone was cordial and helpful. Yes the prices are a bit high, but it's a dealership. It's expected. Even with the higher prices, I'll be back!!! Brandon, who handled my transaction was courteous and engaging. He sent me updates on my car and personable throughout the process. Hats off Subaru Pacific for wonderful experience!!!
